Mulvaney Acknowledges Quid Pro Quo In Trump Ukraine Call, Says `Get Over It'  HufPo
Acting White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney admitted on Thursday that President Donald Trump withheld foreign aid in order to get Ukraine's help in the U.S. election.

"We do that all the time with foreign policy," Mulvaney responded when ABC News reporter Jon Karl pointed out that withholding funding from Ukraine "unless the investigation into the Democrats' server happens" is a "quid pro quo."

Apparently Mulvaney missed the part where if the quid pro quo is for a corrupt purpose it is NOT legal. Now we are up to two public confessions of corruption with respect to Ukraine. Trump and now Mulvaney make strong cases that they do not understand the difference between legal and illegal activity. Ipso facto disqualification for holding public office.

"It is not necessary to have hope in order to persevere."
