Of course is was not the intent to help the Russians, so the Western powers weaponized NATO to turn approachment into confrontation Cold War style at the Bucharest Meeting in 2008. (Part 2) Thanks guys, it was an excellent strategy for the accumulation of wealth by the fascist powers in the Middle East. A true Bilderberg blueprint.
