Welcome to European Tribune. It's gone a bit quiet around here these days, but it's still going.

The news at the moment is that there will be 19 ministers. It's assumed that Social Democrats will get at least (besides the prime minister) employment- , transport- and local government ministries, Center Party gets finance, defence and agriculture. Greens will get foreign-, internal- and environment ministries.
Left Coalition will get social and health ministry and education, while Swedish Party gets justice and Nordic collaboration.
The remaining 5 positions are still open. Or at least not leaked yet.

So far there's a strong promise to end the austerity, but I won't hold my breath. The goon squad in ministry of finance can turn any politician to the dark side.

They will publish the manifesto today, and putative list of ministers, but then the parties have to officially agree on the names, so we expect to get the final list of names by the end of the week.
