Gaza is governed by Mafiose families with specializations in terror and corruption. In the peace negotiations between Israel and Egypt, Israel wanted to return control of Gaza to Egypt (Egypt had dominated the strip between 1948 and 1967), but President Sadat did not want Gaza, a strip of land with smugglers, troublemakers, archaic-tribal family clans.
