"National security interests" is a ubiquitous phrase and rests more comfortably than any foreign slogan for sovereignty, belligerence, or human capital. It categorically can express any and all inspection and preservation of political boundaries between nations, some nations. Venturers to the united states are no strangers to propositions of war. Yet cultural  functions and prerogatives which constituents produce for this attendant bureaucracy, cultivating prosperity, generally, remain obscure. Until domestic dissatisfaction with industrial policy erupts from their empty pockets with suspicions of fascist principles and faintly communist lint. How might one read, or interpret, the image repertoire of this anonymous constituent? A trivial display of prestige, a digital grafitti, tuned by intimacy with patriotic enterprise at home and abroad.
