Kalecki is not, properly, a Marxist. Call him a neo-Marxist. He took what he liked from Marx. He was not doctrinaire. If you are allergic to Marxism and/or the Monthly Review there are other sources, including facsimile of the original journal article from 1944. It is just that the MR source is the easiest to read. Sorry.
