Welcome to European Tribune. It's gone a bit quiet around here these days, but it's still going.
So we didn't get to 25m yesterday,  That was probably a little too bullish.  Final midnight tally was 24.2m.  Morning update has us at 24.8m.  We'll clear 25m once FL posts its update obviously.  I'm guessing at least another several hundred thousand will come in from Texas.

Early voting starts today in Nevada, which might help us gain some insights on Arizona.  If you're interested in how Nevada's shaking out, ignore polls -- Nevada polling is always trash for some reason -- and just read Jon Ralston of the Nevada Independent.  He's the source via his biennial early voting blog.

Early voting starts Monday in Florida, so our counts should begin ramping up with that.  Once we have a week of that, Steve Schale -- a long-time Dem operative down here who ran Obama's Florida campaigns -- will update his blog with any insights he can pull out of the data.  In the meantime, he's written up a primer on Florida, which, as I've said here before, is less a state than a patchwork of warring tribes:

Be nice to America. Or we'll bring democracy to your country.
