The Civil Rights Act of the 1960s did much to heal the inequality imposed by States on the Afro-American citizens. However latent racism stayed in the fiber of the American White tribe. The election and eight years of the Barack Obama administration cultivated a White Supremacist backlash. The rise of Donald Trump during the primaries was as surprising as his win over Hillary Clinton. The infamous Steele Dossier was initiated by Republican rivals of Trump before it was paid for by the DNC and Clinton!
