So suppose a WHO support project is the first to come up with a vaccine for Covid-19, but it takes months or even years to ramp up production to cover everyone at risk throughout the world. Where in the queue would you place the USA, given that it has withdrawn funding for the WHO?

And what priority do you think Trump would give to providing vaccines to the rest of the world if the US where to be the first to produce an effective vaccine?
