Article 25 will not be initiated. The House will vote to impeach, it will pass, just like last time. The bill will be sent to the Senate, which will not take it up. The new Senate will take it up, the conviction vote will fail to get a 2/3 majority. The subsequent item, which declares that Trump is no longer allowed to hold office, will pass with a 51-49 majority.

Blocking a 2024 comeback is the goal.
