Welcome to European Tribune. It's gone a bit quiet around here these days, but it's still going.

HHS forecast shows Omicron stretching U.S. Covid [sic] testing supply.
NB. HHS/CDC interest in SARS-CoV-2 variants and antibodies of concern ended last year in time for Joe's Independence Day (April) and before Fauci's (un)expected delta SURGE (July).
The U.S. is currently recording more than 1.6 million daily Covid-19 tests, according to a tracker maintained by Johns Hopkins University. Many at-home antigen tests are not reported to public health authorities -- meaning millions of results from the increasingly popular [if unavailable] rapid [COVID-19] tests are likely not included in that count.
soooo how does the administration arrive at
estimates that the number of infections driven by the [omicron] is doubling every two days.
oh right. Self-diagnosed "scratchy throat" instead of "sore throat" indicates the omicron pathogen.
