Many years of NATO aggression to bully Russia into submission has poisoned the sphere for any useful diplomacy and Europe is the worse for it. Policy set out by NATO and supported by the Atlantic Council was to declare Russia a pariah state and end a working relationship. No mr. Stoltenberg, by neglecting and ridiculing your adversary, Russia will not vanish.
