NYC Mayorial Primary: Board of Elections says test ballots were mixed with election results

Geez .. decades ago in Chicago with Democrat Mayor Daley and the Mob it was simply called stuffed ballot boxes. 😂

So the results reported earlier today mistakenly included 135k "test ballots". Who needs Russians hackers when we have the BOE?
