Annihilate southeast Asia and sub-Saharan Africa which are, according to European medical history of "tropical diseases," the origins of all plagues afflicting civilization.

Survivors of a scorched earth "reset," if any, could then be isolated in facilities for further immunological research and virological testing pursuant to productive membership in host societies.

Stem cells "engineered" for human tissue replacement would be nice, too, but might not obviate practical uses or demand for personal cones of silence.
