I would like to point out that the Swedish right wing - including far right Sweden Democrats - is all in for joining Nato, more arms to Ukraine and expanding the Swedish military forces. It is on the left that there is opposition.

While the rising electricity bills was a big topic in the election debate, the link to the war was rarely discussed, much less doing something about the war. Instead the focus was on direct support to the households and the plans of the right wing for more nuclear power.

I get that "right wing wins, amidst discontent with rising prices because of the war" easily leads to "right wing pro peace", but it isn't that simple.
