The most used term in operations has been "peacekeeping" and defensive pact by NATO. Never, never caught truly as a force to deescalate hostilities or bring about a solutions parties can except. NATO has become a force of evil ever since the first time the operation on an Article 5 war footing. War on Terror and Forever War.
