Welcome to European Tribune. It's gone a bit quiet around here these days, but it's still going.

Don't forget Morocco .. non-NATO member ... 1st amongst Arab states .. penitence for QatarGate and MEP corruption ... will too deliver xxx number renovated Russian era tanks to Ukraine :-(

These are ready to be shipped ... the most modern Western tanks will likely arrive after the Spring battle has passed.

Blows my mind what happened before - on - after 24-02-2022 in Europe.... such a beautiful garden wrecked by tanks from ALL sides.

m'k. Let's go with wikiwtf inventory.

Do these come equipped with regulary scheduled discount "fuel oil" delivery to Ukraine?

hmmm, Morocco is a net oil importer. And has limited refining capacity to satisfy domestic demand.
So.
ima go out on a limb to predict, Morocco will not be delivering "fuel oils" with its "refurbished" T-72B tank gifts to Ukraine. Perhaps Morocco will divert its oil and oil products from Europe instead?
..."Morocco's decision to deliver arms to Ukraine was taken, almost under duress, during the Rammstein summit for Ukraine which took place on April 26, 2022 [!] and which was hosted by the United States. At this summit, Tunisia and Morocco were the only two countries to represent North Africa....
Newsqueek | What Are [Soviet] T-72B Tanks?
I dont't see a note about fuel efficiency. ("fuel oil": diesel; 0.44L/km or 0.92mpg estimated)

T-72B MBT
Main Battle Tank - Russia

The T-72B1 is powered by a multi-fuel V-12 piston air-cooled 840 hp engine that will run on three fuels: Diesel, Benzene or Kerosene. Two 200-liter auxiliary fuel drums can be fitted on the rear of the hull. The T-72 can be fitted with a snorkel for deep fording, and takes about 20 minutes to prepare for amphibious use.

Not sure what engine is used in the upgraded version

and dismissed it, because I couldn't immidiately locate commensurate fuel efficiency metrics; same for Abrams M1-*models, Leopard Leopard 2A-, Challenger 2-. I settled for the "diesel" link, because the informant specifically claims
...Initially refurbished and upgraded [read: "modernized" to your point] T-72B3 tanks were powered by original V-84-1 diesel engine, developing 840 hp. However later production tanks were fitted with a new V-92S2F engine, developing 1 130 hp. This tank is also fitted with new tracks....
along with munition and armor details. However, having earlier qualified optimal range (ergo max fuel capacity, ergo "curb wght"), I'm not pressed to discuss hypothetical, marginal operating efficiency or inefficiency attributable to diesel-substitute "fuel oils".

Additionally, I've come across quite a bit of criticism concerning maintenance hours, replacement parts, and the usefull life of (reported) salvaged equipment shipping to the UAF. Could this "heavy tank" publicity be concealing 5%, 10%, or 20% of late model, "modern" NATO reserve MBTs for field test? Sure: Skunk works enter all manufacturer R&D. But iduno; don't care.

The salient point is, none of them will roll—NATO's "game change" offensive is dead, literally parked—if fuel supply to Ukraine MBT operators is restricted. Do you imagine re-fitted petrol stations across the country? IRCR-flagged liquid cargo trailers, railcars?
