New file discovery from 1991 supports Russian accusation
Unfortunately behind a paywall, but Izvestiya says it's about a meeting between foreign ministers of the United States, Britain, France and Germany on 6 March 1991, where they discuss about not being able to offer NATO membership to Poland because they promised not to expand beyond Elbe.

Probably will be drowned by all the noise from the invasion that's about to happen 13th16th20th of February.
