I thought they would attack in Donbass to try to pressure Ukraine over Minsk.  Also thought they'd try to expand the Donetsk and Luhansk footprint, or at least demand the "claimed" territory as part of a negotiation.

I thought it was possible -- but highly unlikely -- they'd launch a full-scale invasion to topple the government.
