Chronologically, the first foul of the day was committed by the Greek Parliamentary Service. Although there was a period of around thirteen days between Mitsotakis' invitation and Zelensky's speech, the parliamentary administration was unable to ensure professional interpretation. On Thursday morning, the Secretary General of the KKE reiterated his criticism of Russian President Vladimir Putin, whom he described as a "reactionary imperialist". He emphasized that he and his party stand in solidarity with the resisting people of Ukraine.
