My point is, Medvedchuk has no "exchange" value. IOW, Medvedchuk is not fungible. Medvedchuk may possess intrinsic, or unique, value that US "intelligence community" desires. The only way that value can be evaluated and confirmed is by expropriating UA custody of the man for debrief as compared to current US intel. I don't for a second believe US has any reason to trust any UA intel, because NATO has been running this civl war in-country since before Maidan, ie. EU-UA invitation ETA immdiately after Budapest declaration.
