AFAICT, the armchair military analysts are divided as to how insanely sentimental PUTIN must be. I don't understand this calculus, such that 1 PUTIN-linked godfather (arrested 1 month ago) = 1,000 POWs (captured this week trying to flee Azovstal bunker). Neither does Medvedchuk's wife.
