He used a video interview with independent Russian media outlets to signal his willingness to discuss the idea of Ukraine adopting a "neutral status", and also make compromises about the status of the eastern Donbas region, in order to secure a peace agreement with Russia. But he said he was not willing to discuss demilitarisation, and said Ukrainians would need to vote in a referendum to approve their country adopting a neutral status.

Zelensky has changed his position and the peace talks have been "postponed". Turkey is still willing to host talks, PM Bennett of Israel has halted calls with Putin.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky tersely stated that western countries are assisting Ukraine, but Kiev has yet to pay for it.
"The money allocated by Europe and other nations is spent only on humanitarian aid or weapons. Sometimes we receive weapons directly, but you have to understand that everything has its price," he claimed.
Zelensky added that "whenever the money that we get is mentioned - well, it all came at a cost, it's not for free."

Perhaps the CBs will proportionately split Russia's forfeit assets so long as UA repays in EUR?
