But he said he was not willing to discuss demilitarisation, and said Ukrainians would need to vote in a referendum to approve their country adopting a neutral status.

Zelensky has changed his position and the peace talks have been "postponed". Turkey is still willing to host talks, PM Bennett of Israel has halted calls with Putin.
