1 the vassalisation of the EU
2 TTIP, which unless I'm missing something, died in 2019
3 the Bologna Process, which I suspect is where your expertise lies.

I had never thought about Bologna as being part of a vassalisation process; the main problem I see with it is that it coincided with Peak (I hope) Ordoliberalism, and was used by participating national governments to apply all sorts of "reforms" which had little to do with the dynamic of harmonisation.
