Welcome to European Tribune. It's gone a bit quiet around here these days, but it's still going.

Dmitry Medvedev will always be remembered about his decisions as President of Russia and the Georgian attack on South Ossetia and the compliance with president Obama to bomb Gaddafi armed forces in their advance on Sirte that led to regime change and the Libyan War and further chaos in MENA countries. R2P policy of intervention now "advocated" by Russia.

Vladimir Putin was not at all pleased with the latter decision on Libya, especially since the betrayal by the West during the Kosovo War and its independence, illegal bombing of Serbia.
