i.e. don't expect any provisions against concentration of media ownership in private hands, and consequent interference in editorial orientation. Because that's just the free market operating. As in France.

On the other hand, it's good that the question of media concentration and editorial independence is now on the table on the EU level. And good luck to the wannabe regulators.
