Captain Drew and his men were on the (downward slope) southbound ramp leading to westbound Irish route, with no traffic due to blocked positions since 19:38PM. How is it possible they had no visual observation of the VIP convoy of four HMMWVs traveling the Irish route to Victory Camp at approx. 20:05PM? Nearly 45 minutes before the car with three Italians were to be fired upon!
