Berlin has supplied around 20 Leopard 2A6 tanks to Kyiv, while Poland delivered the older Leopard 2A4 tanks.

The German government has declined to open a Leopard tank maintenance center in Poland for tanks transferred to Ukraine. According to Handelsblatt, sources familiar with the matter revealed that the reason for this decision was the inflated price expectations from the Polish side.
