Traffic on the Kyiv-Odesa highway has been restored as of 5 p.m., Vitalina Bevzenko, a spokeswoman for the National Police in Kirovohrad Oblast, told Suspilne.

In a comment to RBC-Ukraine, [National Police spokesperson Olena] Berezhna said that about 100 trucks were standing on both sides of the road in Kirovohrad Oblast. Traffic was not blocked, and the roads were passable. Currently, about 15 vehicles reportedly remain on the road....
