This was a quote I heard at a recent course on Professional Mediation given to a room full of Solicitors, Barristers, Accountants and a few others from various business backgrounds.
The course was very enjoyable and I would hope to write about it when I finish the advanced course a month from now...but this phrase has decided to lodge in my brain...so here you go...it's written down now.
