(MST3K reference) This info will be sent to every fucking news agency in the whole fucking world.  Who has the authority to "push the button"?  Probably a guy with a mop and pail that everybody ignores, who is instructed to fire away if he doesn't get a specific message from Mueller every day, possibly multiple times during the day, at pre-set times.
