Ukraine Folds to New Sheriff In Town

Erases ill-founded foreign policy aggression of the Bush-Obama-Trump1-Biden NATO years 2008-2025.

Her daddy screwed Europe and German Chancellor Angela Merkel in 2008 at the NATO Bucharest Summit by declaring "War on Russia." All war hawks jumped in to make a emerging Russian Federation a "pariah" state by the speeches from Ivo Daalder and John Kerry @AtlanticCouncil.

Trump praises letter from Volodymyr Zelensky offering peace talks

The military encampment of U.S. Armed Forces across Europe should end including the encirclement of threats by Forward Operating Bases and the deployment of nuclear tipped ballistic missiles .. the so-called "deterrent" to nuclear war.  Best would be to cut back the size of NATO to a group true Democratic sovereign states where We The People have a voice in whether to go to war.

The panic mode across the EU group of nations and call for re-armament sound sort of like Nazi-Germany after the Treaty of Versailles to build the infrastructure, war machine for the purpose to "create jobs" and keep the consumer markt of the economy up and running. Preparation for destruction of human kind, nature and the planet.

Across the EU the people will once again suffer the consequences of failures in Western capitalism running a new round of AUSTERITY measures.

A DOUBLE/TRIPLE WHAMMY

Ukraine made the political choices leading to the Maidan massacre and coup d'état in February 2014 and the Russian aggression to re-conquer the Crimean peninsula and parts of the Russian speaking Donbas. As Joe Biden persisted given a green light by spineless leaders in Europe, the demolition of war returned to Europe and a strong hit on the major economies. Blowing up the Nord Stream pipelines was an terrorist act to the extreme and hitting infrastructure, an escalation of brutal warfare for Ukraine.

With the coming of Trump 2.0 in Washington and the political turbulence in EU states today with the rise of extremist parties, the European Union in. Russel's got what it asked for.

Von der Leyen's 'Rearm Europe' plan and the holes in it | EuroActiv |

The spectre of the US withdrawing from Europe and reviewing its defence position has shaken the Old Continent.

  • 1. America blows up our critical supply line of affordable natural gas
  • 2. "Offers" the EU their dirty fossil fuel delivered by LNG tankers at triple the price sucking wealth away
  • 3. Do a somersault on policy after Biden's de-globalization or SMAGA
  • 4. Uses the Green Transition to subsidize manufacturing at home attracting foreign corporations
  • 5. Trump finishes off the EU economies with USA taxation or tariffs.

"It may be dangerous to be America's enemy,
but to be America's friend is fatal."
― Henry Kissinger

Furthermore, the Democrats became a party of war to my greatest disappointment with Joe Biden as last exponent of 50 years awful foreign policy of interventions and regime change.

The American-Polish scholar Zbigniew Brzezinski has proven to be one of the most insightful of the geostrategists, old-guard Kremlinologists, and futurologists of the 20th and 21st centuries. He contributed to "formulating a coherent strategy for the United States, that aimed at dismantling the Soviet bloc" and liberating Central and Eastern Europe from the Russian/Soviet sphere of influence.

Brzezinski [and pupil Madeleine Albright]  pressed for toughness with the Soviets Russian Federation throughout the Carter administration and was very skeptical about the possibility of long-lasting peace in Eastern Europe.

Throughout more than seventy years of his professional career, Brzezinski mastered the art of observing, deducing, and uncovering several very important patterns in global politics. He was convinced that "the United States is destined to preserve its status as the first and the last truly global superpower", but he warned that this outcome cannot be taken for granted.

Good riddance of the Cold War war hawks who never put America on a path forward towards a peaceful world after the collapse of the Soviet Union duringg the Reagan years ... stop the bloodshed in wars of choice. Hate festers more hate and feeds the likes of Wilders, Le Pen, Orban, Meloni, Merz and the AfD in a split Germany.

Autobahn history

The Nazis stayed well clear of the political negotiations on financing the motorways. It was only when Adolf Hitler came to power in 1933 that the Nazis realized they could use the autobahn for their own ends.

Until 1929, the economic crisis and the lack of capital meant that it was impossible to build motorways in Germany. The country was struggling with mass unemployment, hyper-inflation and the payment of reparations for the First World War. It was the mayor of Cologne, Konrad Adenauer, who managed to finance and construct the first crossroads-free motorway in 1932 - now the A555 between Cologne and Bonn.

There are more than 12,000 kilometers of autobahn in Germany, along with 50,000 regional roadways and around 120,000 bridges. Germany spends about five billion euros a year maintaining its transportation infrastructure, but many more repairs are needed. Both drivers and industry complain about the miserable conditions on Germany's roads.

US halts intelligence sharing with Ukraine, FT reports | Kyiv Independent - 5 March 2025 |

The U.S. has halted intelligence sharing with Kyiv, threatening Ukraine's ability to strike Russian targets amid the full-scale war, the Financial Times (FT) reported on March 5, citing undisclosed sources.

The reported move follows Washington's decision to freeze all military aid supplies to Ukraine following a public spat between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and U.S. President Donald Trump.

There have been conflicting claims as to whether this also concerns intelligence sharing, a crucial capability that allows Ukraine to strike Russian targets. The British tabloid Daily Mail previously reported that the U.S. banned the U.K. from sharing Washington-obtained intelligence with Kyiv.

Ukraine will prioritize mining minerals close to the frontlines with Russia on its occupied territories ... for now. Conditions for peace are: solid security guarantees and sovereignty over all its territory pre-Maidan bloody massacre and coup d'état of February 2014.

Zelensky Offers Terms to Stop Fighting, Assuring U.S. That Ukraine Wants Peace | NY Times |

"We are working on all possible scenarios to protect Ukraine," said President Volodymyr Zelensky, whose country was looking to European allies for support.

The Ukrainian leader said he was ready to release Russian prisoners of war, stop long-range drone and missile strikes aimed at Russian targets, and declare a truce at sea immediately -- moves that he said would help establish a pathway to peace.

Only, however, "if Russia will do the same," he added.

Mr. Zelensky's proposal seemed clearly designed to shift the burden for ending the war onto Russia, which launched its invasion three years ago. The White House has claimed that the Ukrainian leader is the main obstacle to peace.

In his post, Mr. Zelensky offered effusive praise for American support, noting specifically "the moment when things changed when President Trump provided Ukraine with Javelins." [2 Oct. 2019]
