Russian Advance In UA Until a Peace Settlement Is Reached
.
Russian President Vladimir Putin delivered stunning statements at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, reigniting global fears of a full-scale annexation. In his address, Putin described Ukrainians and Russians as "one people," and by principle "all of Ukraine is ours." Ukraine halted negotiations on several occasions unwilling to accept reality. Where Russian boots are on the ground, we will not recede the territory.
Ukraine is pushed on by European military aggression to keep on fighting until "Russia is defeated." That will not happen.

NATO-Russia Founding Act (1997)
"On May 20, 2002, Vladimir Putin put his signature on the Rome Declaration, which endorsed the Act and guarantee of territorial integrity of all nations in Europe. "His signature is on it with mine," Robertson said.
"The same day that he stood beside me at the press conference and said Ukraine is a sovereign, independent nation, a state which will make its own decisions about peace and security."
"And now the same man says Ukraine is not a nation and somehow, violently, it has to be absorbed inside his concept of a new Russia."
The former secretary general, during his interview, confessed to often carrying around a copy of the more than two-decade-old declaration in his suit pocket.
The document, for Robertson, is an ever-present reminder of Putin's betrayal -- perhaps even a personal keepsake of a crown achievement that history has turned to dust.
When Ukrainians look at the same piece of paper, however, they not only see betrayal, but also another capricious moment in time.
At the Russia-NATO Summit President Vladimir Putin and leaders of 19 NATO countries signed the Rome Declaration "NATO- Russia Relations: A New Quality" | 28 May 2002 |
For Russia, given its geopolitical situation, the deepening of equal interaction with NATO is a practical manifestation of its multi-faceted approach to which there is no alternative and to which we are firmly committed, President Putin said. He said Russia could not imagine itself outside Europe, but it was equally inconceivable to underestimate the role of the time-tested mechanisms of cooperation in Asia and the CIS.
After the plenary session, Mr Putin had brief talks with US President George Bush, British Prime Minister Tony Blair, French President Jacques Chirac, German Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder and Hungarian Prime Minister Peter Medgyessy.
After the Russia-NATO Summit President Vladimir Putin took part in a joint press conference with NATO Secretary General George Robertson and Italian Prime Ministers Silvio Berlusconi | 28 May 2002 |
A joint press conference with Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi and NATO Secretary General George Robertson on the results of the Russia-NATO Summit.
Combining the potentials of Russia and NATO can and must be a decisive factor in forming a new system of international relations, the Russian President told journalists.
Russia and NATO do not always see eye-to-eye on some security issues, the President noted. But what unites them is far more weighty and serious.
Moscow has agreed to the creation of the NATO-Russia Council, Mr Putin said, in pursuit of the goals that face international institutions in the modern world, in particular the fight against terrorism.
He said that the development of bilateral relations, notably between Russia and the US, need not cause any jealousy in the EU. He also noted that George Bush's visit to Moscow had been a major contributing factor that made possible the signing of the summit agreement.
On the topic of Ukraine's accession to NATO, the Russian President said that it was entitled to make the decision independently. He does not see it as something that could cloud the relations between Russia and Ukraine. But President Putin stressed that Russia's position on the expansion of the bloc remained unchanged.
Statement
by the Secretary General of NATO, Lord Robertson, at the joint press conference with President Putin and Prime Minister Berlusconi following the meeting of the NATO-Russia Council at the level of the Heads of State and Government
Malign intent by the United States of America and NATO leadership.
See the passing years after positive support logistics in the Afghan War, the increased tasks devoted to NATO, the destruction of the Post WWII world order by Bush-Cheney during the years 2001-2009. This continued under Obama-Biden from 2009-2017 with the Middle East wars and support from European NATO states. The UN R2P principle and hypocrisy sets in ... regime change in Iraq - Georgia (failed) -
Libya - Syria - Türkiye (failed) - and the Maidan massacre to force regime change by other means ... an ugly coup d'état on Russia's border. An existential threat to the Russian Federation.
For now, Iran too will fail.

Orbán: Von der Leyen Acts Like a Soviet Party Boss--"Signs of Brezhnevization" | APT News |
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán launched a scathing attack on European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen during a Friday interview on Kossuth Radio. Speaking from Brussels, Orbán accused her of behaving like a Soviet party secretary, warning that the EU is undergoing "Brezhnevization." He claimed Brussels is increasingly acting like Moscow--issuing top-down instructions to Budapest and trying to bypass Hungary's democratic decisions, particularly regarding Ukraine's EU accession. Orbán said Hungary is not alone in resisting this centralization and predicted other EU nations would soon follow.
