China accounts for 46% of global wind capacity and nearly 50% of solar
Renewables in China growing 34% year to year, coal at 2.5%
China built the entire present installed renewable capacity of Germany, 100 GW, in the month of May 2025
My favorite Chinese renewable energy project now is this 2 GW agrivoltaic development

from which I learned a new word: ecovoltaic - rebuilding soil health while restoring natural habitats with native plant species
Agrivoltaics and ecovotaics are examples of geotherapy, helping ecological systems restore the damage homo sap sap (that sap!) has done.
Geotherapy not geoengineering, please
