I'm thinking 🤔 of saying goodbye writing ✍🏼 on the blogs ...
Am 80 going on 81 ...
enough is enough .. passing the torch to a new generation .. I'll try to keep it brief ... too much grief and human suffering ...
It has been very inspirational and well-being to keep sanity in a world 🌎 of turmoil ... I have been in survival mode for 65 years now ... roof of my house 🏡 needs repairs 😉 ... it's cold 🥶 inside w need for green sustainability ... rising energy prices going through the roof .. lots to keep me busy ...
Saying goodbye 👋 after 22 years of blogging in a welcoming community ... thank you 🙏🏼
Spend 35 years as volunteer for teenage youth in The Hague ... quite satisfying and was able to make a difference for many 😊 too many honors 😅
Was a war refugee with a green card after the devastations by Nazi Germany in WWII and occupation of the Netherlands '40-'45
Decided to return to a tranquil Europe in late sixties as a refugee fleeing a nation in fear and gun violence with no empathy for the less fortunate fellow citizens ... civics and religious lessons build on my caring parents ... my mom taught me love 💕 and protection for children ... my dad was tough and a global traveler interested in world 🌍 politics ...
Greatly appreciated all who kept this blog alive and running ... passing the torch to a new generation involved in building a new world suitable for young people with NEW HOPE ... so much to do 💪 God's speed to all.
